We want you to be completely satisfied with your seaweed-infused skincare; however, if a product isn't right for you, we offer returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items for hygiene reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Email our coastal support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our Cornish studio.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the parcel to our returns department.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
